Do your managers have three hours to spare? Three hours to catapult their capabilities to a critical turning point. The experience begins with an assessment and ends with a 3-hour live session during which participants learn invaluable tools that they can begin implementing immediately to foster alignment and collaboration on any team. Includes, for each Manager Participant -Intercultural Development Inventory Assessment and Debrief (includes 1 hour coaching session and development plan) -3-hour facilitated training delivered by Highrise Vista. Learning objectives: Assess individual levels of intercultural competence; Create individualized development plans for each manager; Practice tools for applying intercultural competence in daily work life. -45-minute follow-up coaching session after 180 days for each manager participant -OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Inclusive Collaboration Toolkit
Cancellation Policy
COHORTS: This course is delivered to a cohort of up to 20 managers from a single organization or multiple organizations. LEARNING OBJECTIVES & JOURNEY: The course is designed to upskill managers in applied intercultural competence, i.e., leveraging the concept of culture and the skill of shifting perspective and adapting behavior to creating more engagement and collaboration on their teams. The learning outcomes are: increased capacity to leverage unique strengths of team members, improved ability to communicate and facilitate conflict, increased clarity about how to drive specific values and behaviors that support organizational goals, specific tools and approaches for increasing engagement and collaboration. A practical outcome is an assessment of the level of intercultural competence and tailored development plans for each manager. The learning journey consists of, for each Manager Participant: -Intercultural Development Inventory Assessment and Debrief (includes 1 hour coaching session and development plan review) -3-hour facilitated training delivered by Highrise Vista (learning objectives above) -45-minute follow-up coaching session after 180 days for each manager participant -OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Inclusive Collaboration Toolkit SCHEDULING & CANCELLATION: Clients can join an existing cohort before the kickoff meeting or bring their own group of 20. For all cohorts, participants must commit to completing the full program. No refunds will be issued for incomplete attendance. FEES: Fees for the Manager Performance Reboot Program are $8,000 for a cohort of 20 or $400 per participant.
