As a trusted advisor to executives in many different industries, I know it takes skillful listening and questioning to get to the root cause of any management issue. That's why every first conversation of 45 minutes is complimentary. Thereafter, the first 10 hours of consulting are 90 minutes long. That means that you get 15 hours for the price of 10. I just want to be sure I don't rush you. Let's have another cup of coffee and get to the bottom of this. I'm all ears, analysis, and creative solutions.
Cancellation Policy
We book consultations by the hour at a rate of $450. The following principles apply: -We offer a preliminary 45-minute consultation free of charge (one time only) -We extend the first 10 hours of consulting to 90 minutes for each hour, i.e., 15 hours total instead of 10 for $4500 -We welcome the opportunity to negotiate retainers and rates for longer engagements
