Hello! I'm Dr. Sarah Nodarse, a cultural anthropologist, organizational culture expert, and talent strategist. For over 15 years, I have been a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple industries and geographies, helping them to develop the skills, mindsets, and systems they need to foster winning cultures and high performing teams. Like Dale Carnegie almost 100 years ago, I believe that 85% of our success as leaders is based on our ability to deal with people. This ability is strongly correlated to our capacity to shift perspective and adapt behavior when we are working with people who are different from us.
